By accepting a weekly slot the pupil agrees to take up that slot on a regular basis
If a pupil doesn’t take up their weekly lesson slot on a regular basis then the instructor reserves the right to reallocate the slot to another pupil. If the instructor doesn’t hear from the pupil within 2 weeks from their last lesson he will assume lessons are no longer needed and begin the process of reallocation. Of course every attempt will be made to later accommodate the pupil but a wait can be expected until a free slot comes free again

Pupil Requests to take a break in tuition without loosing your weekly slot will be considered in extenuating circumstances only
In these situations the instructor will normally fill the slot dependent upon the timescale involved but will do everything he possibly can do to find another suitable slot when the pupil wishes to resume but only when one comes free
